毒澱粉還沒查完，台南地檢署又破獲台南市「立光農工」涉嫌以工業級的防腐劑「EDTA」調製洋菜粉、愛玉粉等，再轉售給愛之味、統一等知名食品大廠，製作豆花、寒天等產品，衛生署食品藥物管理局今（31）天表示，立光農工惡性重大，因業者根本從未向衛生署申請合法查驗登記，從頭到尾是違法出貨EDTA牟利。

台南地檢署今天偵破立光農工業公司販售過期的精製刺槐豆膠、己二烯酸鉀原料給生產「依蕾特」布丁的光代冷藏食品；並涉嫌以工業級防腐劑EDTA調配洋菜粉、愛玉粉，波及愛之味、統一的豆花、寒天等產品。

立光農工為賺黑心錢，還真是黑到底！因為，接獲檢調通知之後，衛生署上午緊急追查發現，立光農工從頭到尾就沒有資格出貨EDTA。

衛生署食品藥物管理局食品組副組長馮潤蘭表示，檢調偵辦期間，曾接獲台南市衛生局來電詢問「食品可否添加EDTA」？她強調，EDTA目前是合法准用的食品添加物，做為抗氧化劑、品質改良劑之用，讓產品乳化更好，久放不致油水分離。

問題在於，馮潤蘭說，立光農工從未向衛生署申請查驗登記，根本不能販賣、出貨使用EDTA調配的原料粉，依違反食品衛生管理法可開罰3萬元以上、15萬元以下罰鍰；一年內再次違反者，並得廢止其營業或工廠登記證照。 (接下一頁)

《日本經濟》失業率持平4.1% 求才求職比創近5年新高

根據日本總務省31日發表的統計數據顯示，2013年4月份日本國內經季節因素調整後的失業率(速報值)為4.1%，持平於前月水準，也持平於Thomson Reuters事前所作調查的預估值，持續位於2008年11月以來的新低水準。

4月份日本經季節因素調整後的就業人數為6,301萬人，較前月增加了4萬人，4個月來第3度呈現增加；失業人口為271萬人，較前月增加4萬人，5個月來第4度增加；非勞動人口(退休或退出職場)為4,513萬人，較前月減少5萬人，4個月來第3度呈現下滑。

另外，4月份日本未經季節因素調整的就業人數為6,312萬人，較去年同月增加37萬人，連續第4個月呈現增長；失業人口為291萬人，較去年同月減少24萬人，連續第35個月呈現下滑。當月日本勞動參與率(15歲以上勞動人口就業率)為57.0%，較去年同月上揚0.5個百分點，其中65歲以上高齡人口就業率為20.0%，較去年同月上揚0.5個百分點。

此外，根據日本厚生勞動省同(31)日公佈的數據顯示，2013年4月份日本經季節性因素調整後的有效求人倍數(求才求職比)為0.89倍，較前月上揚0.03點，連續第2個月呈現改善、優於Thomson Reuters事前所作調查0.87倍的預估值，創4年9個月來(雷曼風暴爆發前的2008年7月以來；0.89倍)新高水準。0.89倍代表每位日本求職者平均可獲得0.89個工作會。
