（中央社記者江明晏台北30日電）工研院產經中心預估，台商兩岸印刷電路板(PCB)產業首季產值季減13.3%；受到終端需求不強、新品推出不如預期多影響，今年台灣兩岸PCB年產值成長預估下修為0.99%。

台灣電路板協會(TPCA)今天邀請工研院產經中心（IEK）分析師江柏風分享PCB產業觀察。他指出，受去年第4季基期高，以及國際品牌廠商拉貨力道減少影響，使得台商兩岸PCB產業今年首季產值季減13.3%，產值為新台幣1155億元。

展望第2季，江柏風指出，市場雖開始為暑假市場備貨，但下單力道較為謹慎，預估季成長3%，產值上升至1190億元。

展望全年，江柏風表示，受終端需求不強、新品推出不如預期影響，台灣兩岸2013年PCB產業年產值將下修為年成長0.99%。

江柏風指出，今年首季台灣與大陸都是4層以上硬板表現較亮眼；HDI（高密度連結板）、軟板比重下滑，台灣地區受惠平板電腦推展、電腦應用比重增加，中國大陸則是照明、工業控制應用產值呈現正成長。

觀察電子產品趨勢，江柏風指出，今年首季全球PC出貨量較去年同期減少8%；歐洲、中東和非洲為主要衰退地區，其中西歐市場下滑幅度最大，同期銳減20%，英、法、德國都較去年同期衰退15%以上，顯示市場成長動能消失，且Win8的助益有限。

談及全球伺服器成長趨勢，亞洲地區為目前主要資料中心建置地，是主要成長區域。全球LCD TV季成長趨勢中，大尺寸高解析度為主流。

全球手機市場仍持續成長，中低階智慧型手機成為崛起主力。目前全球手機銷售量市占排名，大陸 5家品牌商已進入前10大，而大陸品牌商也在全球智慧機市場高度成長。1020530
