摘要：藥妝店在國內如雨後春筍般冒出，不管是康是美還是屈臣氏，這些連鎖藥妝店走在街上隨處可見。民眾想買藥品、生活用品、或是化妝品，在這裡通通可以找得到。但就是因為它什麼都賣的特性，反而壓縮了傳統藥局生存的機會，面對競爭激烈的市場，有的藥局從以前只賣藥品，不得不開始加賣嬰兒玩具、奶粉，或是其他生活用品等等來維持收入。大環境的改變，也讓這些藥局不得不開始轉型，思考他們的下一步該怎麼走。

儘管台灣經濟不好，但對有錢人來說可是一點也沒差，至少從買好車這件事來看是這樣。5月份汽車銷售數字，因為買國產車的人縮手而導致整體市場與去年同期相比萎縮1.9%、1~5月掛牌數和去年同期相較更是掉了3.8%，但妙的是，豪華品牌的高級車卻沒有跟大市場一起衰退，5月銷售反而逆勢上揚13.7%、一共賣出4522輛、1~5月累積販賣車輛數和去年同期相比也成長了9.2%、計有2萬585輛。

其中叫我第一名的就是「免擦」(請用閩南語發音)，M-Benz賓士1~5月就交出6371輛、較去年同期成長14.5%、豪華車市佔率30.9%，BMW寶馬以5133輛緊追在後、較去年同期成長5.2%、豪華車市佔率24.9%。第3名的Lexus掛出4051輛、較去年同期成長13.4%、豪華車市佔率19.7%。而這前3名即囊括了75.5%的豪華車市場。

喔，對了！保時捷Porsche雖然銷售量沒辦法和前3強爭鋒，但成長幅度驚人，雖然豪華車市佔率僅4.6%，但1~5月成長幅度高達49.8%、賣了939輛，以豪華跑車品牌來說，也是賣得嚇嚇叫。
