台東地政5措施 便民再進階

台東縣地政處結合農漁會，即日起實施五項便民服務，包括抵押權塗銷聯合服務、跨所不分區登記服務、地政戶政跨機關聯合服務等，讓台東縣的便民服務更升級。

　台東縣長黃健庭表示，多數民眾不懂法律，尤其是農漁民在各地區農會、漁會清償債務後，常常忘了辦理抵押權塗銷登記，因此而往返奔波，浪費時間與金錢。為了便民，即日起民眾只要填寫申請書，就可以委由各地區農會(漁)會代為申辦抵押權塗銷登記，而相關土地的住址、姓名變更或是門牌整編登記、書狀換給登記等，也可以選擇就近的地政事務所申辦，不必到土地所在的轄區辦理。

　另外，台東縣還推出地政戶政跨機關聯合服務，民眾只要到戶政機關申請更名、地址變更等異動，只要填寫申請書地政事務所就會同步完成所有資料更新。而外縣市民眾則可以利用登記案件預審服務，加速申辦登記處理時效；若有何繼承登記、買賣贈與、共有物分割、所有權移轉等各類登記案件，民眾可以辦理「土地登記預約諮詢」，避免不諳法令到處奔波，甚至因不瞭解流程及相關規定，而遭受處罰。（照片：吳鳳雪攝）

宏達電高層持續失血：傳營運長Costello黯然下臺

彭博社4日報導，根據該媒體取得的一份內部電子郵件，宏達電(2498)營運長Matthew Costello已遞出辭呈，任職還不到三年，而他的職務將由工程暨營運部總裁劉慶東(Fred Liu)接手。宏達電已向彭博社確認了這兩項人事異動。

宏達電過去兩年來銷售成績慘澹，不但股價重挫了76%，還有至少4名高層陸續離職，當中包括財務、設計與行銷部門的主管。根據上述內部郵件，宏達電還計劃成立新的品管部門，由Georges Boulloy負責帶領。

研調機構comScore, Inc 6月4日公佈的美國智慧型手機市佔調查結果顯示，2013年2-4月期間宏達電市佔率萎縮0.8個百分點至8.9%。bgr.com報導，宏達電市佔率之所以呈現萎縮，有可能是受到DROID DNA銷售疲軟、HTC One延後上市的影響。

theverge.com甫於5月21日報導，宏達電產品長(CPO)Kouji Kodera已於上週離職。報導指出，除了Kodera以外，過去3個月宏達電的高階主管頻傳出走訊息，包括全球通信副總裁Jason Gordon、全球零售行銷經理Rebecca Rowland、數位行銷總監John Starkweather以及產品規則經理Eric Lin皆已離開。其中，Starkweather已加入AT&T，而Lin、Rowland則是加入微軟。

宏達電去(2012)年針對旗下產品向外界坦承失誤，認為這些產品的工程設計表現薄弱。在去年2月發表的One X、S與V機種原本有望為宏達電扭轉厄運，但產品出貨時間拖延了六個月、加上連線與過熱問題，卻使得該公司的銷售成績不如分析師期待。

之前我用的手機是HTC.現在換三星S4.電腦goole play如何上改裝置?之前只要電腦上安裝app程式就可同步手機.現在裝置不同.無法同步.急急急......
