| 越南駐處爆醜聞 外交部：未包庇

有媒體報導，駐越南代表處秘書蕭裕文在核發簽證給學生、外配時刻意刁難，並勾結當地仲介業者，涉嫌收賄。外交部今天發出澄清稿指出，絕無包庇情事。
外交部指出，102年4月18日即約詢蕭裕文釐清案情，並指派政風處於當月派員赴駐越南代表處實地進行調查。外交部派員前往越南調查，發現確有明顯行政作業瑕疵，但囿於行政調查侷限性及政風處的人員並無強制處分權，於102年5月23日將案子移送司法機關調查偵處。
外交部表示，102年1月31日將蕭裕文調回本部辦事，並同步議處相關人員行政疏失或督導不週之責，經外交部考績會決議，蕭裕文記過兩次在案。外部鑒於「司法偵查不公開」原則，未便續就相關案情評論。
