| 世銀贊助 最窮國營養計畫預算倍增

（路透華盛頓6日電）世界銀行（World Bank）今天表示，全球最窮國未來2年準備將提供母親和孩子營養計畫的預算增加近2倍，協助處理糧價不穩定的問題。
位於華盛頓的世界銀行說，世銀直接提供營養計畫的資金，應從2011-12年的2億3000萬美元，在2013-14年升至6億美元。 這些基金中，有9%將透過世界銀行替最窮國建立的基金會─國際發展協會（IDA）支付出去，大多將送往非洲和南亞國家。中央社（翻譯）

（路透華盛頓4日電）美國總統歐巴馬今天下令行政部門訂定規範，限制「專利蟑螂」濫用專利興訟謀利。蘋果（Apple）、谷歌（Google）等大科技公司推動立法，限縮專利蟑螂興訟的次數。
白宮說，歐巴馬指示美國專利商標局（Patent andTrademark Office）研擬新規定，讓專利蟑螂更難利用空殼公司來隱藏他們的活動。 新規定將要求專利申請人及專利權所有者在涉及專利訴訟時，更新所有權資訊。 白宮說，專利商標局也將加強對審查人員的訓練，以免軟體專利涵蓋過於廣泛的請求權，並為面臨專利蟑螂訴訟的零售業者和消費者，提供更清楚資訊。中央社(翻譯)
