| 導師長期言語霸凌 小四童患憂鬱症

〔自由時報記者洪美秀／竹市報導〕新竹市三民國小一名小四女學童去年被班導師以「對班級沒有貢獻」、每天要洗導師瓷碗、獨留教室、不得排路隊等霸凌行為，導致環境適應失調得憂鬱症，市議員余邦彥昨天質詢認為教育處雖介入調查了解，卻毫無處置作為，讓學童身心受創。
轉科任老師 校方沒議處
三民國小校長林燦元昨表示，經學校深入調查後，認為是親師溝通有誤會，導師後來也以健康理由請長假，且四年級轉科任教師，不再帶女學童班級，學校召開多次考績會，認為導師行為未達霸凌，且已請假避開親師衝突，最後決議不懲處。
記者昨天前往三民國小採訪，但該名導師不僅電話關機且已離校，未對此事做出解釋。
被罵對班級沒貢獻
余邦彥指出，女童三年級時被導師言語霸凌，不僅放學不讓女學童與其他同學排路隊須獨留教室，更當著其他學生面前，怒罵她對班級沒有貢獻，導致女學童對上學感到懼怕，教育處針對此霸凌事件沒有議處，毫無作為的結果讓女學童身心受創，到現在都得心理輔導。
余邦彥拿出女學童作文，題目是「我最害怕的人」，內容述說上三年級後導師對她挑毛病，且「用刺音吼叫、罵人，讓我感到害怕」，又提到「老師不喜歡我，罰我每天洗老師瓷碗、放學也不能跟同學一起離開，只能待在教室，甚至孝悌楷模的表格都不給我，因此每天過得很緊張又痛苦，無法好好睡覺。」
校長因此事被記申誡
教育處長蔣偉民說，尊重學校考績會的決議，校長也因此事被記一次申誡，會繼續追蹤及輔導。
