歐洲跨國交通運輸公司亞銳法(Arriva)，為維持公司形象，規定員工只能穿長褲或裙子上班，公司表示只要穿著得體的長褲或裙裝制服，男員工想穿裙子也沒問題，過去2星期來，已經有14名男員工加入裙子行列。
 
穿裙子的男員工表示，的確招來不少異樣眼光，但在攝氏35度的高溫環境下工作，穿長褲實在受不了，不過穿裙子或多或少也不方便，公司表示將在9月開會，重新討論服裝規定，在這之前，男員工還是只能在長褲或裙子間作選擇了。

里昂證券出具台股策略，QE若退場，反應應是美國經濟復甦，因此在利率與政府公債殖利率攀升下，對台灣科技和金融類股是為正向，考量股市高本益比風險，建議調降消費和原物料類股權重，提升科技和金融類股權重，加入聯發科(2454-TW)和宏盛(2534-TW)至台股組合，看好台積電(2330-TW)台股組合17檔。

里昂證券指出，台灣科技和製造類股對美國和全球經濟循環相當敏感，不過里昂預期市場需求提高，將可壓過高利率的影響，因此建議加碼科技類股。原物料族群為景氣循環的代表，考量高本益比風險亦受波動，因此建議減碼此類股。

至於金融類股部份，里昂證券說明，預估2014年台灣GDP可達5%，高利率對台灣銀行和壽險類股可望受惠，里昂認為，對沖成本上升和商業資產物件估值降低，對壽險類股收益率影響其實小於市場預期。

里昂證券說明台股組合，建議提升金融類股權重，包括玉山金(2884-TW)、富邦金(2881-TW)、以宏盛取代太子(2511-TW)。科技類股以聯發科取代台達電，主要考量行動裝置趨勢。

里昂台股組合包括台積電(2330-TW)、力成(6239-TW)、群創(3481-TW)、華碩(2357-TW)、宸鴻(3673-TW)、大立光(3008-TW)、聯發科、研華(2395-TW)、健鼎(3044-TW)、富邦金、玉山金(2884-TW)、台塑(1301-TW)、佳格(1227-TW)、正新(2105-TW)、美利達(9914-TW)、台灣大(3045-TW)以及宏盛。
