| 12年國教免學費 立委傾向排富

針對12年國教免學費政策是否要排富，有立委主張，如果教育部已經定調不排富，就應負擔全額經費，不要排擠地方的教育資源。部分立委則認為，現在國家財政狀況不佳，12年國教免學費政策應先納入排富條款，將錢花在刀口上，且國民教育的重點在免試，而不是免學費。
中央規劃12年國教免學費且不排富，不過，台北市和新北市首長10日帶頭反對，其他4都首長也都主張免學費政策應有排富條款。行政院長江宜樺14日將到立法院就12年國教進行專案報告，排富與否勢必成為焦點。
民進黨立委何欣純受訪時表示，教育部應該先釐清12年國教究竟是否為「國民義務教育」，再進一步確認財源問題，避免出現「中央請客、地方買單」的爭議。
民進黨立委陳亭妃表示，教育部如果已經定調免學費政策不排富，就應該負擔全部經費，不要排擠地方的教育預算，否則對6都非常不公平。她說：『(原音)我們也認為教育部應該全部承擔，不應該由地方來買單。教育部會考慮到自己的財源不足，那地方呢？地方基本上財源也不足啊。』
國民黨立委陳學聖也表示，現在國家財政狀況不佳，12年國教免學費政策應該先排富，將省下的經費用在偏鄉等弱勢族群，等國家財政狀況變好後，再全面實施免學費。他說：『(原音)我是主張保留一個彈性條款，等到國家財政狀況好的時候再來全面免學費，避免以後整個財政狀況更加惡化以後，整個教育品質反而會更加不好。』
國民黨立委蔡正元則認為，國民教育的重點在免試，而不是免學費，加上地方政府財政困難、中央無法長期補助，所以他贊成納入排富條款。

如題,小弟家住中和民利街,今天騎車從: 中和中正路 => 景平路 => 永和成功路 => 福和橋 => 基隆路直行 => 堤頂大道一段 本來想上麥帥一橋,結果沒有發現路徑....好心的路人告知我從成美橋過去 於是花了快1HR, 想請問版友有沒有比較快的路徑,感恩啊~~ p.s. 今天還不知道如何回家的路~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.96.230.143
