今年5月全球有10個國家宣布降息，其中以色列一個月降息兩次，全球政府量化寬鬆政策仍將持續運用，以刺激經濟表現，由此看來，目前全球資金仍相當充沛。富蘭克林華美投信表示，在全球經濟復甦與系統性風險降低下，建議可將視野擺在價格被低估，且高股息題材的股票市場上，為積極型資金尋求出路。
富達國際投資也表示，第3季全球仍將處於超低利、緩復甦格局，無論股市或債市投資，尋求「收益與成長」為投資人兩大重點，都有助於風險性資產表現。
觀察幾檔每月都配息股票基金來看，近一個月表現雖多呈現負報酬，但拉長時間來看，今年以來與近一年都是正報酬表現，尤其近一年平均正報酬都有2成以上。
富達亞洲(日本除外)投資總監凱瑟琳.楊恩指出，亞洲(日本除外)高股利股票，無論多空頭市場，長期報酬表現佳，且亞太配息股票無畏市場多空的特性，長期能提供穩定報酬，作為收益來源之一。
凱瑟琳指出，展望第3季，全球超低利、緩復甦格局仍將延續，風險性資產可望有所表現，投資上應尋求收益鎖定高股利股票、高收益債券；成長題材則首選亞洲市場。
