過去的話,中華電信額外給你的優惠是加贈通信費100/月,連續12個月
2.預繳就是預繳電話費,中華電信會從預繳的電話費中扣電話費,扣完為止,之後才會
跟你索取費用
3.學生專案的591是月租費383型*5折+上網750優惠成399),月租費383的簡訊費率
