【葉國吏／綜合報導】檢察總長黃世銘濫權監聽案，檢評會以七大理由，建議將黃世銘撤職。
檢評會委員彭文正，接受《自由時報》專訪時表示，如果特偵組不受制衡，不管是誰當檢察總長，都會自我膨脹，台灣更會因此回到白色恐怖時代。

| YouBike騎進桃園 擬中壢老街先試辦

【胡治言／綜合報導】YouBike越來越夯，桃園縣現在也考慮跟進設置。
今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，桃園縣明年即將升格直轄市，桃園縣民代要求縣府引進便利的YouBike，方便民眾騎乘，桃園縣府交通局則認為桃園縣交通及地理環境複雜，要全面設置難度高，表示明年可能會先選擇在中壢市老街溪或南崁溪自行車道設立，再逐漸擴大到其他地方。

| 泰國數萬民眾上街 曼谷購物區如常營業

泰國反對派再發動新一輪反政府示威，數以萬計民眾響應號召上街。
集會在多個地點舉行，包括市中心地帶，他們聲稱要讓曼谷變成一個大型「步行街」，警察在多處封路。
但在市中心的主要購物商場如常營業。另一方面，主要反對黨民主黨決定，不參加明年2月2日舉行的大選，要求成立臨時政府，確保先推行政治改革。民主黨的決定，相信會進一步延長泰國的不穩定局勢。
