| 洪仲丘叔叔釀葡萄酒奪世界銀牌 預訂得等2年

【林海全╱台中報導】台中市后里農會輔導的樹生酒莊、松鶴酒莊，這個月參加今年農委會一年一度舉辦的酒品評鑑，總共有4支酒獲得2金牌、2銅牌，其中，樹生酒莊釀造的《埔桃酒》，早在4月參加法國釀酒師公會舉辦的「巴黎世界酒類競賽」，從全世界40個產葡萄酒國家、3千多支酒款中，脫穎而出獲得銀牌。
洪仲丘的叔叔、樹生酒莊業者洪吉倍表示，獲獎的2支葡萄酒《埔桃酒》、《巴卡斯》，分別屬於釀造、蒸餾酒，酒精濃度18度、40度，採用自己園區種植的金香葡萄酒製造，葡萄的甜度都有16、17度，酒香氣都很香，由於每年生產的葡萄有限，因此，葡萄酒的數量也有限，平均每年約產600到700瓶，《埔桃酒》得獎後，目前訂單已近千瓶，預定恐要等2年後。
后里農會推廣股長陳英良說，兩家酒莊製酒都強調在地，從葡萄栽種到釀造，品質都有控管，參加評鑑才能獲獎。
