兩岸直航16萬架次 爭取開放台灣中轉

第二屆「海峽兩岸民航高層交流座談會」今天（17號）在台北舉行，包括兩岸的航空運輸業界代表、民航局官員都應邀參加，希望兩岸在目前的直航基礎上，持續擴大並提升效益，特別是開放大陸旅客來台轉機、以及歐洲航線使用大陸北方航路等問題，都是這次座談會的焦點話題。（閻大富報導）

兩岸從二○○九年八月開始進入直航定期航班，這項座談會只有在一○年舉辦過一次，主要目的就是藉由民航業者與官員的面對面溝通，能夠讓兩岸的航空事業發展更加茁壯，而今年包括我民航局副局長李萬里、大陸前民航局副局夏興華，都以高級顧問身分與會，也顯示這項座談的重要性。

台北市航空運輸商業公會理事長，也是華航董事長孫洪祥指出，截至今年五月底，兩岸間定期航班已飛航大約十六萬架次，旅客超過二千七百萬人次，貨物超過五十九萬噸，兩岸直航已成台灣民航業者的重要市場，希望未來能再增加班次，並開放大陸旅客來台轉機和歐洲航線飛越大陸北部航路，以縮短飛行時間，節省油耗，對雙方都有利。

不過，台灣航空業者大聲疾呼，希望大陸民航單位開放的多項措施，除了大陸業者也想從中獲取利益，有些問題已經是政治層面才能解決，因此，想要突破並不容易。（圖：海峽兩岸民航高層交流座談會）

馬達熱衰竭改善

買了一個手持的電動工具(去魚鱗)
但使用了一段時間發現他好像熱衰了
可使用時間變短(馬達一下子就過熱)
請問是什麼問題 拆開塗散熱膏還有用嗎?
還是只能報銷了??
