孕婦糖尿病 寶寶住院風險高

（健康醫療網／李義輝報導）寶寶健康平安長大，這是每個媽媽最大的心願；不過，一項研究發現，特定的高危險妊娠因素和低出生體重，使得新生兒住院醫療費用有上升的情形，孕婦應該多加注意。

這項名為「高危險妊娠因素與出生體重對新生兒住院醫療費用的影響」研究結果刊登於最新一期台灣醫誌期刊。主要作者為戴德森醫療財團法人嘉義基督教醫院病安品管中心主任楊雅淑。

研究團隊使用2008年全民健康保險資料庫中，入院年齡小於或等於28天的新生兒為研究對象，以獨立樣本t、ANOVA和複迴歸，分析高危險妊娠因素與出生體重，對新生兒住院醫療費用的影響。

結果發現，如果新生兒出生體重小於1500克，以及出生體重介於1500至2499公克之間，則平均住院醫療費用偏高，且達統計顯著相關。

除了新生兒出生時體重之外，高危險妊娠因素更是影響新生兒健康的主要因素。包括母體糖尿病、母體腎臟病、母體肺臟病、母體貧血，以及三胞胎以上、產程太長、羊水異常、羊水中有胎便、臍帶脫垂腹產、妊娠週數小於37週等等。

研究證實，特定的高危險妊娠因素和新生兒低出生體重都可能危及寶寶健康，進而提高新生兒住院醫療費用，提醒孕婦，在懷孕期間務必重視自身健康。

另外，健保局未來修正「新生兒與其他源於周產期病態之新生兒」分類架構時，應同時考量到特定高危險妊娠因素和出生體重等影響。

陳冠希攜女友遊泰 被爆嗆粉絲Bitch

陳冠希（Edison）日前與女友洪文安到泰國曼谷玩，竟傳出他又爆粗口嗆粉絲，不僅不承認自己是「Edison」，還反罵粉絲「Are you bitch（婊子）？」據大陸《南都娛樂周刊》報導，一名屠姓學生９日在Chatuchak跳蚤市場撞見他，先被他踩到鞋、又挨他罵，因此向媒體爆料。

據陳冠希的工作人員私下表示，近日他忙工作，抽空陪考完試的女友去度假，卻被偷拍編成故事，「報導中是男學生，『bitch』是指女生吧！」不過他多次爆走、飆罵，已重傷形象，經紀人表示：「他只想被尊重！雖很樂意與粉絲拍照，但不是先偷拍再表態，那就讓人感到不受尊重。」

昨天晚上夢到的事情有誰可以解釋?夢到我旁邊來了一個老榮民全身脫光,還露出老二,在我身旁磨蹭!並跟我說一起去*****吧!我跟他說不要,後來他好像跑到旁邊衣服穿一穿,包包拿了就要回家去了!
