【陳郁仁／台北報導】蘭嶼居民今早到立院抗議，台東縣政府不顧當地原住民反對，將東清村7號地的原住民保留地，提供業者無償開發作水泥預拌廠。蘭嶼自救會會長陳榮宗說，水泥廠破壞當地生態，原民抗議，縣府還找警察趕人，協助廠商進行工程。

一名蘭嶼居民說，原民會都不幫忙，他們跟縣府陳情，台東縣府庭卻說，此地是國有地，且水泥預拌廠是臨時措施，不需遵守《原住民基本》。
 
原民會官員說已介入，此地是原民保留地，台東縣府有行政瑕疵，且國有地也不得讓民間企業使用。

【黃揚明／台北報導】中國盲人維權律師陳光誠下午在來台記者會中，被多位媒體記者詢問馬總統表態不見他一事，他說，馬總統能不能見「都是可以理解的」，且這不是要不要見面的問題，而是專制獨裁與民主世界博弈的問題。

《法新社》記者請陳光誠多解釋一點，陳妙答：「等你有機會，問一問馬總統吧！讓他直接回答最好！」當陳被詢問台灣領導人是否瞭解中共政權時，陳明確說：「瞭解還不夠！」
