全球最大礦業公司必和必拓 (BHP) 重跌 3.1%，拖累澳洲股市走低，另外，澳洲最大人壽保險企業 AMP 因下調獲利預估，股價也因此大跌 9%；韓國現代商船股價也重挫 5.2%。

MSCI 亞太指數今日東京時間上午 10 點 32 分下跌 0.7%，報 126.8。

OCBC 銀行分析師 Vasu Menon 表示，「波動」將會是本周市場的主調，中國過去信貸已經浮濫太久了，現在中國政府正在努力調整經濟結構，試著縮小影子銀行體系，這也就代表信貸將會相當緊張。

台北時間上午 11 點 40 分，日經指數下跌 0.36%，報 13182.55 點，澳洲 S&P 200 指數下跌 1.35%，報 4674.9 點，韓國 KOSPI 指數下跌 0.53%，報 1813.26 點，上證指數則重挫 2.91%。

高盛認為中國經濟指標疲弱，加上金融狀況緊縮，因此將中國 2013 年經濟成長率由 7.8% 下調至 7.4%。

【黃揚明／台北報導】中國盲人維權律師陳光誠6月底將被迫離開美國紐約大學，今他在來台記者會回答未來動向時說，未來選擇「我想會有很多」。

媒體追問他未來是否可能來台灣擔任客座教授，他未正面回答，僅賣關子說：「未來在我做人權的過程中，什麼可能都不排除。」

陳光誠也表示，將來會有機會訪問日本，任何推動社會公平公正的正能量，都該廣結善緣，而中國政府以各種手段要他閉嘴，「根本不可能！」
