【劉煥彥／台北報導】中華電信（2412）總經理石木標上午在股東會中表示，4G執照申請上午已送件，公司對此「勢在必得」，絕對會爭取到4G執照，因為4G是未來行動通訊一定要走的道路。
 
據了解，電信3雄之中，台灣大哥大（3045）及遠傳電信（4904）均尚未送件，因此中華電是率先送件的主要電信業者，而送件期限是7月1日。
 
中華電在2012年度營業報告中指出，考量經營環境轉變，今年將積極爭取4G執照，提高行動智慧終端裝置的客戶比率，使固網高速寬頻、行動上網及MOD等業務成為業績成長主力。

越台商總會頭頓召開大會

（中央社記者方沛清頭頓2013年6月22日專電）為期2天的越南台灣商會聯合總會第十四屆第二次理監事會暨第一次會員代表大會，昨天起在頭頓美之城渡假世界舉行，約有近兩百位在越南打拚的台商和台越官員出席。

這是越南台灣商會年度重要會議，除舉辦青年團座談會，並由宏達電在歡迎晚宴上發表htc新產品。

中華民國駐越南代表黃志鵬應邀發表「經貿與僑務專題」講座，財團法人社會企業公約基金會創辦人馬凱以「東盟市場經濟發展」發表專題演講，越南台灣事務委員會秘書長阮世宏也應邀與會。

　台東地檢署日前提出酒駕撞死吳昕穎、吳彧嫺兄妹的林務局官員王專吉羈押抗告，昨日再遭花蓮高分院駁回後，兄妹父親吳旺洲下午二時召開記者會，無奈控訴「為什麼政府機關的認知，和人民差距這麼大？」平時均低調不語的吳母林芳澤再也按耐不住，崩潰泣訴為人母最深沈的哀慟。
 
　林芳澤激動的說「不公平，我兩個孩子的人生才剛開始，我們只是求一個公理正義。」她邊拭淚邊斥責「酒駕同樣是殺人，只是方式不同！」控訴警方用公權力掩蓋事實。
 
　吳家父母強調「只是要求一個真相」，並希望日後不要有人再酒後駕駛，「我們不願再看見有孩子像我的孩子一樣，被撞死倒地無人聞問。」
