| 零時油品起漲 汽、柴油分別升0.2、0.3元

中油各式油品價格，按照浮動油價機制計算後，將從明天(24號)零時起，汽、柴油每公升各調漲0.2元、0.3元。
調整後價格分別為：92無鉛汽油每公升33塊、95無鉛汽油每公升34.5塊、98無鉛汽油每公升36.5塊、超級柴油每公升31.8塊。中油公司表示，因為近期國際油價上漲，因此國內油價根據公式計算，漲幅為0.86%。

| 新船建造可異地申請

為提升航港體制改革效能及簡政便民，以減少船舶所有人之不便，船舶所有人在新船建造時，不論選定之船籍港為何，均可向航港局任一航務中心提出申請特檢，由受理之航務中心將受理之案件，轉請船舶建造地之航務中心施行檢查並發照。
依船舶法第二十五條第一款規定，新船建造其所有人應向船舶所在地航政機關申請施行特別檢查；在航港政企分離前，如船籍港為基隆，船舶建造地為高雄，船舶所有人則需二地奔，既費時又費力。航港局於去年三月成立後，積極研議，簡化行政流程，提升行政效率，達成簡政便民目標。
