【徐珮君／台北報導】立法院朝野協商兩岸服貿協議將逐條審查、表決，海基會副董事長高孔廉下午表示，針對協議的個別條文表決，幾乎等於否定協議，後續我國如要再和其他國家談判就很難，其他國家也會質疑和我們所簽的經貿協議是否也要經過立院逐條審議、表決，希望大家能凝聚共識。

高孔廉也舉例，中國目前還未開放台灣美髮業，但台灣的美髮業「曼都」已在中國投資9年，有60家直營店，卻只能借當地人頭經營，風險很高，開放後可直接經營。高強調，服貿協議不是零合競賽，沒有犧牲任何一方，才可以把市場的餅做大。

【李姿慧╱台北報導】9月起，民眾可用手機App訂5分鐘後發車的高鐵車票。台灣高鐵公司前年底推手機App購票服務，僅能買距發車時間1小時前的班次，高鐵規劃9月起縮短為可買發車5分鐘前的班次，若正在趕去車站的路上，或發現購票窗口大排長龍，使用「台灣高鐵T EXpress」手機App，可馬上訂5分鐘後發車的班次，估計每天逾6萬人受惠。

刑事局調查，許姓主嫌（46歲，有組織犯罪前科）也曾多次命竹聯幫雙和會、萬華會幹部介入工地工程，強索保護費，警方今見收網時機成熟，動員百名警力兵分25路，在台北、新北、宜蘭等地順利拘提許姓主嫌在內26人，當場查扣本票、借據、棍棒、搖頭丸等證物，訊後已依《組織犯罪條例》、《槍砲彈藥刀械管制條例》、恐嚇取財等罪嫌將嫌犯送辦。
