不滿男友打電玩冷落，女子穿性感睡衣負氣外出竟慘遭張姓惡狼性侵；全案經上訴後，高院在今（26）日維持一審判處張男有期徒刑7年判決。

根據了解，被害女子在去年5月間，因不滿男友只顧打線上遊戲冷落她，而穿著性感睡衣冒雨離家；深夜獨行時，遇上騎乘機車的張姓惡狼，張男先假意詢問「要不要穿雨衣」，被拒絕後隨即將被害女子強行拖往防火巷內性侵得逞。

完事後2人一起走出巷子時，正好遇到被害女子男友，被害女子立即向男友狂奔，張男則轉身逃跑；經警方調閱監視器將張男逮捕後，桃園地院依強制性交罪判處張男有期徒刑7年，高院在今日維持原判。

【黃哲民／新北報導】20歲蘇姓男子愛慕年輕女同事卻不懂如何表白，多次藉故對女方勾肩捏臉透露好感，卻被冷回應，蘇男無計可施，竟直接從後對女方貼背熊抱示愛，女方驚嚇堅持提告，新北地檢署今起訴蘇男涉犯性騷擾罪嫌，聲請簡易判決處刑，最重可判刑2年。

雙方原有意和解了事，女方開價5萬元，蘇男僅拿得出約3萬元，因而破局。女方指稱，蘇男在公司廚房對她熊抱時，還貼臉問她：「可不可以親妳？」害她至今獨處仍不由自主會怕怕的，就連在家也一樣。蘇男否認索吻。
