| 表兄弟迷姦未成年傳播妹 對方告性侵2男竟反提誣告

一對表兄弟日前到一處KTV唱歌時，找了傳播妹來助興，2人見對方未成年，竟然心生歹念，將迷藥摻入酒內，趁對方喝下昏迷後性侵得逞。2人事後辯稱是對方主動獻身，她還主動在2人耳邊吹氣挑逗問說「要不要？」法院見2人無悔意，判處2人各8年6月徒刑。
這起2男迷姦未成年傳播妹、竟還辯稱是對方主動的案件，發生在11年12月28日。黃姓和林姓男子是一對表兄弟，2人當天前往新北市板橋區一處KTV唱歌，還找了一名年僅15歲的傳播妹到場助興。根據《自由時報》報導，少女表示她當「傳播妹」只負責陪唱、陪酒和聊天，不可能和客人性交易。
少女指控當時客人給她喝了一杯酒，但她喝了之後便陷入昏迷，醒來之後感覺頭疼且下體疼痛，絲襪被脫到地上，但自己已無印象是誰做的。返家之後經友人提醒恐遭下藥，隨即就到醫院驗傷，並到警局報案提告。
警方循線調查黃男和林男，2男在法院審理時向法官辯稱，當時少女打翻酒不慎弄濕絲襪後進入廁所，先要他幫忙拿包包，接著就主動索吻要求發生關係；林男也稱說少女在包廂沙發區在他耳邊吹氣，問他「要不要？」2人才與少女發生性關係。2男不但未對少女道歉，甚至反控少女誣告，法官認為2男毫無悔意，26日判決2人各8年6月徒刑。
