| 拓版圖 跨足全鋼絲載重胎

建大工業董事長楊銀明，昨（26）日在股東會中宣布，最近剛簽下大陸昆山1,000畝土地，將首度籌設全鋼絲大卡客車胎（俗稱全鋼絲載重胎）。其中，一期擬投入3、40億元，預定2016年投產，未來逐年增至最大日產能6,000條。
這是繼正新橡膠之後，國內第二家投入全鋼絲大卡客車胎領域的輪胎廠。
在新廠投產後，讓老字號輪胎廠建大，可從小胎的自行車胎、機車胎、農工用胎、轎車胎及大胎的尼龍斜交胎，再跨足全鋼絲大卡客車胎市場，讓建大輪胎產品線更加完整，並朝向全球第20大廠目標邁進。
楊銀明說，集團與昆山開發區管委會，簽下上述土地，位置就在昆山廠的正對面，公司將組團隊，統籌建廠事宜。
另建大副董事長楊啟仁說，新廠最終投資額上看100億元，全鋼絲載重胎的最大日產能，上看1萬條，最終年產值則約3億美元。
此外，建大也申請台商回台投資計畫，相中彰化溪州的彰南產業園區，彰化縣政府7月9日將甄選開發商。楊銀明說，若順利取得當地30公頃土地，公司將加大投資，除了籌設轎車胎外，還會籌設研發總部，最終投資額可上100億元。
至於大陸華南布局，建大已簽下廣東惠州土地面積約885畝，可望成為集團旗下第6個的大陸輪胎生產基地。楊銀明表示，因旗下深圳廠，離深圳龍華市中心很近，未來旗下深圳廠，將遷移至惠州廠。

【綜合報導】澳洲歷史上第一位女總理的吉拉德(Julia Gillard)，昨日在勞工黨(Labor)黨團會議投票上失勢，必須離開執政台，而前總理路克文(Kevin Rudd)在昨天的選舉勝出，「王子的復仇」成功，今日宣誓就職，再度擔任澳洲總理。
3年前路克文擔任總理期間，吉拉德突然發動黨魁改選，罷黜路克文，而今路克文東山再起，順利回鍋。吉拉德失勢後，表示將退出政壇。

| 土耳其淫郎獲釋或回籠 10:00再開羈押庭

【綜合報導】土耳其淫郎王凱傑(27歲)被控性侵兩女、偷拍29女與他性交，王男上周五被台北地院裁定收押後，律師提出抗告，高院昨以檢方舉證不足，性侵案僅片面指控欠缺事證，王男是否已到涉案重大而有逃亡之虞，仍待確認，因此發回重裁。台北地院預定今天早上10時再開羈押庭，決定王凱傑獲釋或回籠。
