來源： http://udn.com/NEWS/FINANCE/FIN1/7991239.shtml 原文： 【聯合晚報╱記者仝澤蓉/台北報導】 2013.06.27 03:02 pm 台灣的受薪階級好悲情！行政院主計總處調查，去年有調升薪資的廠商僅占全體廠商 總數的15.8%，這一比率是史上第3低，比起2000年網路泡沫化時仍有16%以上的廠商調升薪 資，去年上班族的「薪情」真的很低落。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 全面調升薪資廠商僅9.8% 主計總處今天公布受雇員工動向調查，101年國內景氣復甦力道仍弱，使得全年工業及 服務業有調升薪資的廠商，僅占全體廠商的15.8%，只高於97年的10.9%和98年的11.9%。其 中全面調升薪資的廠商更只有9.8%，未調薪的廠商比率高達83.8%，減薪的廠商則有0.9%。 面對物價節節攀升，薪資卻原地踏步，去年底前，經濟部長施顏祥曾經公開呼籲民間 企業調薪照顧員工，但從主計總處統計數字來看，很顯然地，多數企業老闆都是聽聽就好 ，沒有當真。 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 金融保險業調薪比率最多 各行各業中，以金融保險業68%的廠商有調升薪資，比率最高，其次是電力及燃氣供應 業29.6%。特別的是，資訊及通訊傳播業28.1%有調升薪資，是各行業中第3高，但是減薪比 率達3.7%，也居各業之冠。 83.8%的廠商全年未調薪，主要原因是「本身營利狀況」，其次是「生產力及生產績效 變動情形」；至於減薪的廠商，主要原因是「本身營利狀況下滑」，其次是「因應產業競 爭，調整勞動成本」。 主計總處也公布101年2月工業及服務業廠商空缺人數18萬5528人，較上年同月減少1萬 6000人，主計總處官員表示，空缺人數高表示廠商需要的人力較多，與前兩年空缺人數都 超過20萬人相較，去年僅18萬5528人，顯示廠商雇用人力需求保守。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.7.205
