朱瑪：歐巴馬訪南非時機佳

（中央社記者徐梅玉約翰尼斯堡2013年6月29日專電）美國總統歐巴馬昨晚抵達南非訪問，並於今天會晤南非總統朱瑪。朱瑪表示，歐巴馬的到訪正是時候。
南非新聞網站「新聞24」（news24）今天引述朱瑪於電視新聞發表會指出，很高興能與歐巴馬共同商討兩國拓展經貿關係的議題。歐巴馬的到訪正是時候，非常期待美國對南非的投資，希望能彼此互惠互利。
朱瑪進一步表示，南非十分關注中東緩慢的和平進展。如果其他問題不解決，中東地區很難有長久和平。
關於投資南非方面，歐巴馬表示，對於以中國大陸為首的其他國家在非洲的投資，美國並未感覺受到威脅。
他說：「愈多國家到非洲投資愈好，但非洲應對外來投資謹慎以對。」

cpu:i5-2450 mb:技嘉p61-usb3-b3 顯卡:微星gtx560 power:500w ram:創見4g ddr3 1333 兩條 剛剛爬了一些文，其實也不太知道我情況有沒有和版上其他大大一樣 我的情況大概是這樣...因為我大概是每周5 6 日 1會用的到我電腦 2 3 4用不到 就在一個多月以前的禮拜五，他突然重開機，因為是在遊戲中 想當然爾應該是過熱問題，於是我上了散熱膏，清理電腦，圓滿的解決。 順利用到禮拜一晚上，我關機以後，禮拜五在用的時候，一開機再跑OS的時候就給我重開 我就讓他重開，他要我進入安全模式我就選正常進入OS，結果也OK可以進去。 用了2天到禮拜天早上，他又給我重新開機了，由於上次散熱膏剩一點點 我想說是不是上次塗不夠，於是我就去買，再塗上去，又順利用到禮拜一晚上關機休息。 過幾天禮拜五我要用的時候可以正常開機，我想說應該是解決了，然後當天晚上我有關機 隔天下午在開機又給我一樣進去OS以前就重開機，我用我同事的POWER測試，一樣重開 我拔了他的記憶體測試(兩條) 我一樣重開，我同事則很正常。 然後我就不管了，我過一陣子在開就又可以用了也順利用到禮拜一晚上我關機休息。 過幾天的禮拜五，開機很正常，使用一小段時間看網頁時候又給我重開，我受不了 於是我送修。因為我問題時好時壞，所以放在電腦公司好幾天 過幾天後她說我記憶體有問題，當下我跟他表示我做的測試，但他表示檢測到的就是這樣 於是我付了300元檢測費，拿回家用，又給我順利用了幾天用到禮拜一晚上。 然後在今天，他又給我重開了，這一次我一開機進去BIOS掛著都不動，他一樣過一陣子 就會重開............請教各位大大會是板子的問題嗎? PS.我上面說的重開都是一直重開，直到我強制關機 過一下子再開才偶爾會正常 正常情況有可能讓我連續使用幾天也有可能過一陣子又重開 我也把RS的線拔掉了，現在剩主機板 硬碟 顯卡沒測，但因為沒進入OS也會關機 所以我想說可以排除硬碟，那會是顯卡或是板子其中之一嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.175.41.117
