 [蒼月瀏覽器] Pale Moon 20.2 免安裝中文版 - 優化版的火狐瀏覽器

火狐瀏覽器加速版– Pale Moon，開發團隊認為火狐瀏覽器並沒有針對Windows作業系統來最佳化，因此，他們成立這個Firefox最佳化專案，根據他們使用 SunSpider及 Dromaeo這兩個網站進行JavaScript評測，可以比火狐快25%！此程式不支援Intel 386/486/Pentium/Pentium II/Pentium III及AMD Athlon/Thunderbird處理器，可參考 官方技術文件。（ 阿榮）（ 阿正老師推薦）（ 下載）

[2010.05.02] 採納Cassell在噗浪上的建議，將中文名稱從「蒼白之月瀏覽器」改為「蒼月瀏覽器」，這樣比較簡潔有力。
[2010.05.14] 兩星期後，我已經把預設瀏覽器改為蒼月瀏覽器了，真的有優化到，用「DefaultBrowser」手動選擇「Palemoon-Portable.exe」為預設瀏覽器（僅支援XP）。
[2011.04.20] 3.x版升級為4.x版前請先備份，再使用完整版，才會正常顯示中文。
[2011.06.26] 使用5.0升級版升級後若出現與4.0.7版中文語系不相容的問題，請重新下載中文語系後直接拖放至軟體介面，重新啟動瀏覽器即可正常顯示中文。
[2011.11.15] 8.0版開始程式提供32及64位元兩種版本；停止提供升級版，升級前請自行備份設定檔。
[2012.01.11] 升級9.0.1版前請自行備份外掛及設定，直接覆蓋會導致原有設定及外掛損毀。
[2012.08.15] 更新32位元12.3r2免安裝中文版。

| 藏書10萬冊 中壢市立第三圖書館動土興建

【大紀元2013年07月02日訊】(大紀元記者徐乃義台灣桃園報導)中壢市大後站十餘萬市民久候的市立第三圖書館，2日終於動土興建，主持動土儀式的縣長吳志揚表示，這座可藏書10萬冊的圖書館，除提供中壢後站市民學習需求外，並能促進地方文教均衡發展。
造價2億2千萬元的地上4層、地下2層新的圖書館，中壢市公所自籌1億7千萬元，桃園縣政府補助5千萬元。吳志揚表示，中壢市立圖書館自成立以來，只在中正公園和內壢地區設立兩個分館，對於後站地區十多萬市民而言，圖書館需求顯不足，所以在中壢市公所規劃、縣府全力支持下動土興建。
他強調，過去蓋的圖書館，多半未考慮到停車的需求，在規劃這座新圖書館時，特別將停車位考慮在內，並在地下室規劃了49個停車格，方便民眾停車。
中壢市立第三圖書館預計明年9月完工，新圖書館將可藏書10萬冊，除提供書籍借閱、文化展示、溫書中心及社區活動中心等多元使用目標。
