| 中鋼：領紀念品 屬電子投票股東

（中央社記者韋樞台北3日電）中鋼公司表示，近期領取股東會紀念品的股東屬電子投票股東；這類股東需於5月20日到6月16日登入集保公司「股東會e票通」網頁行使電子投票，並符合相關規定。
部分股東7月1日前往中鋼公司的股務代理機構，卻無法領兌股東會紀念品；中鋼公司指出，股東常會開會通知書第七條已載明股東會紀念品發放方式，其中自今年7月1日到7月12日期間，發放對象僅限於採用電子投票的股東。
中鋼指出，這類股東需於今年5月20日到6月16日登入「台灣集中保管結算所股份有限公司」的「股東會 e票通」網頁行使電子投票，且於期限截止前未撤銷投票或重複委託的情事，才能在近期間領取股東會紀念品。
中鋼說，未採行電子投票的股東可依照自身考量，於徵求期間將委託書交予徵求人並可領兌紀念品，或於股東會大會開會當日在會場領取。
中鋼強調，股東會紀念品為中鋼鼓勵股東參與公司治理所發放，部分股東因未按開會通知書所載參與股東會，因此無法領兌股東會紀念品，中鋼甚表遺憾，並致上誠摯的歉意，期望股東來年仍參照股東會開會通知書記載說明，利用多種管道參與股東會。1020703

【高佳菁／台北報導】焦點股台積電（2330）今日除息，根據過去經驗，成功填息機會大，將可望為未來除權息行情加溫，統一投顧預估，指數短線將在季線、半年線間震盪整理，投資上則可留意即將除權息之個股及中小型之績優個股。
統一投顧指出，證所稅及兩岸服貿協議簽訂等利多已經反應，加上台股量能持續不振，使加權指數欠缺向上突破季線反壓之推力。不就技術面觀察，5 日線向上穿越10 日線， KD黃金交叉、MACD由負轉正，因此短線大幅修正的機率亦不高。
