【綜合報導】全英國期待的皇室寶寶，預產期估計是7月13日，不止英國民眾為劍橋公爵夫人著急，凱特也迫不及待為孩子出生作準備。
凱特早在4月，就聘用服侍女王超過13年的安透尼拉(Antonella)擔任管家，5月買了一部藍色嬰兒車、嬰兒藤籃、地毯與布料。這位平民王妃還傳出將打破皇室傳統，邀請妹妹琵琶，幫忙在娘家辦一個產前派對，由做蛋糕師傅的弟弟，親手弄一個奶嘴形蛋糕，據傳女王屆時也會到場。
至於生產方式，有消息稱 凱蒂將採用新興的催眠分娩，集中控制子宮肌肉收縮擴張，讓身體分泌止痛荷爾蒙與催產素，使生育過程更暢順；但選醫院則按照傳統，在已故戴安娜王妃誕下威廉與哈利的聖瑪麗醫院豪華套房生產。首次成為父親的威廉，一心見證孩子誕生的那一刻，身為皇家空軍搜救隊機師的他若碰巧要當值，甚至會坐直升機，由威爾斯趕回倫敦，入產房為凱特打氣。
凱特產後出院據傳會打破慣例，先回娘家坐月子6個星期，然後才搬去完成裝修的肯辛頓宮居住。為了給予凱特支持，威廉可能於凱特產後，辭任機師一職，與妻子一起在家中照顧孩子。

【綜合報導】埃及國防部長塞西(Abdel Fattah el Sisi)，發表電視演說宣布軍方版藍圖，表示總統莫西未能達到人民要求，表示莫西不再擁有政權，將由憲法法庭的首席法官暫時接任，組成臨時政府，並宣布將舉行國會選舉，在選舉舉行之前，將會先暫停憲法。

| 台日商機 媒合2.3億美元

外貿協會今天(3日)表示，「2013年台日企業商機媒合大會」共有48家日本大型買主與會，國內廠商則有290家出席450場次的1對1洽談會，促成商機2億3000萬美元。
全球關注日本首相安倍晉三提出的「放寬金融、出動財政、成長經濟」 三支箭策略，尤其在其超級量化寬鬆政策鼓勵下，日圓大幅貶值，更是隨時牽動台灣產品出口表現。
中華民國對外貿易發展協會秘書長趙永全表示，今年1到5月，台灣對日本出口仍有6.2%的年成長；且接續日本去年對台投資案件數創下新高，達到619件後，今年1至4月日商投資件數達242件，成長率更高達63.5%，顯示台灣在日圓貶值壓力下，與日本仍有很大的合作空間。
他建議，台灣業者除利用機會對日採購高階零組件，降低生產成本外，更應加緊腳步調整產業結構和促進產品升級，以提升競爭力，因應匯率變動帶來的影響。
外貿協會指出，今年來台採購日商，年營業額達1億美元的有24家，其中超過10億美元的更有10家，包括Panasonic集團旗下汽車及產業設備子公司AIS (Automotive & Industrial System Company)、三井造船、九州旅客鐵道株式會社(JR九州)、安川電機、前田建設等知名企業。
值得一提的是，這次日商採購項目中比例最高的為綠能相關產品，共有11家買主欲採購發光二極體(LED)及太陽光電等品項，可見在日本政府補助政策下，節能市場需求強大，台灣知名大廠如昱晶、昇陽、科風、浩然、益通及聯相光電等均派員出席。
