| 攻陸！華研數位音樂 獨家授權騰訊

加速擴增在中國大陸的收益，華研與中國大陸大型入口網騰訊1日簽訂數位音樂獨家授權合作協議，華研將旗下的錄音及視聽著作權在中國大陸網路音樂、視頻平台進行公開傳輸的權利獨家授權給騰訊，並授權騰訊對侵權對象採取維權措施。
華研總管理處副總經理李首賢透露，華研有一半以上的收入來自中國大陸，主要為演唱會、藝人代言、數位版權收入，在數位版權方面，之前授權給5~8家大陸的音樂、視頻平台業者，現在透過與騰訊合作，希望擴增至12~15家平台業者，一舉提升數位音樂收益，建立付費環境機制，隨著市場健康發展，也有助於唱片公司以及上游詞曲人才取得合理收入，可以持續投入創作。
再者，藉由騰訊在大陸網路的影響力，推廣音樂、推動市場正版化，華研也寄望騰訊對未經授權使用錄音及視聽著作對象採取維權措施，減少網路上未經授權使用錄音及視聽著作狀況。
華研目前旗下藝人有25人，累積音樂、視頻數量都超過1,000首（支），除了自己培養歌手、做全經紀之外，也跨足以主持或戲劇為主的藝人經紀。
華研去年合併營收6億5千萬元，主要來自在兩岸市場的藝人經紀、音樂授權與實體CD銷售3大營運項目，占比依序為62％、28％、10％，隨數位音樂授權持續成長，部分彌補了實體CD銷售因為科技及侵權造成下跌的局面，去年獲利7,615萬元，年增73％以上，創歷史新高。華研預計於今年底掛牌上櫃。
今年前5月華研累積營收2.85億元，年成長將近50％，6月隨旗下女子天團S.H.E世界巡迴演唱會開唱，至少可認列台灣及澳門共3場演唱會營收，S.H.E在台剛落幕的演唱會每場票房收入超過2,000萬元。
