勤美璞真一坪180萬 房仲：應有獲利

（中央社記者吳佳穎台北2013年7月3日電）曾喊出每坪304萬元遭到央行關注的豪宅「勤美璞真」，在台北市實價網揭露價格每坪單僅約180萬元；房仲業者指出，主要是物件位於4樓，推估屋主脫手仍獲利。
曾因頂樓喊出每坪 304萬元而遭到央行關注的豪宅「勤美璞真」，其中 4樓屋主近期選擇在奢侈稅閉鎖期期滿後快速出脫；今天台北市實價網正式揭露此筆交易，結果為新台幣2億元出頭成交。
依台北市實價網公布的價格，「勤美璞真」拆算車位後後每坪單價約為178.9萬元，與304萬元落差甚大。
住商不動產產企劃研究室主任徐佳馨表示，主要是這筆交易的物件位於 4樓、且屬低樓層，的確會較便宜；另外，「勤美璞真」在2006年、2007年預售時開出的市價在每坪130萬元到150萬元間，但實際取得價格更便宜，所以這次實際交易價公布，每坪在180萬元左右的價格，才會讓外界驚訝，不過推估屋主脫手後仍有獲利。1020703

| 「郵包亂丟」航站版 民眾直擊機場丟貨

【簡威弘、陳啟明／新北報導】多次榮獲國內外陶藝大獎的知名藝術家蕭巨杰，日前於桃園中正國際機場，搭機前往中國南京協助當地文創園區的規劃相關事宜，卻在候機時，發現欲搭乘的東方航空班機延誤，等待之餘，竟看到2名地勤人員將貨物拋飛進貨車內，他覺得相當誇張，認為趕時間也不該這樣做，隨即用手機錄下畫面，並上傳至臉書，還開玩笑道：「終於知道為什麼行李廂快壞了」。
若不是親眼看到，他也不敢相信國際機場竟然會這樣，網友回應他的影片表示：「早知道機場都這樣，只好把行李裝重一點，讓他們丟不起來」，有人則笑說：「裝太重會被摔更大力」，也有網友寧願手提隨身也堅持不託運。
桃勤公司表示：這是屬於機坪作業大型的散貨車，由於內部空間頗深，員工才會採取拋扔的方式進行，對於此不當行為，桃勤表示歉意，會加派人員以接駁方式作業，不得以拋扔方式進行，更會加強員工教育訓練，對於旅客的指正，桃勤公司表示感謝。
