| 持續做愛 讓人看來更年輕

【綜合報導】 想青春永駐？不見得需要花大錢做美容護膚，最新研究指出，「多做愛」不但能使外表看來比實際年齡年輕5至7歲，甚至能降低早死機率達50%。
英國心理學家威克斯(David Weeks)在過去10年間調查了數千名男女，發現外表較年輕者做愛的次數，較平均多50%，例如在40至50歲年齡組別，看來年輕者每星期做愛3次，就較一般人平均每周2次多。威克斯表示，「性愛的歡悅」是保持青春的「關鍵」，身體同時會釋放出多種物質，包括腦內啡(endorphin)及生長激素，可以消除痛楚、焦慮及防止出現皺紋。此外，做愛時的運動量除了有益身心、促進血液循環及燃燒脂肪外，也能強化免疫系統，壓力消除有助提升睡眠品質。專家呼籲要「終生做愛」，指人們到了退休年齡便停止性生活，想法其實並不正確。
