【羅惠齡／新北報導】新莊球場今上演獅、象下半季首戰，上半季以8連敗收場的統一獅，今天由回鍋的費古洛先發，獅隊以及費古洛都想中止連敗，不過，打完6局，獅隊以1比3落後。
象隊在前兩局就趁費古洛不穩，共打出6支安打，攻下3分，一路領先，獅隊直到6局上，才靠兩支安打以及象隊守備失誤，扳回1分，象隊先發投手增菘瑋投5.2局失1分，目前為勝投候選人。

| 〈獨家〉名牌包洗褪色 業者洗壞拒賠5倍價

黑灰色名牌包包，麻布邊邊怎麼出現紫黑色塊，還有暈染的感覺，和原本樣子差很多，7千多元的包包，楊小姐拿到專業洗包包店清潔，但拿到手卻是褪色、暈染模樣，讓她氣炸了。
更讓她忿忿不平的是這點。投訴者楊小姐：「他們不覺得自己有錯，然後他們說，我把清洗的費用500元當5萬元在花。」
清潔說明上明明寫著，業者要是在清洗過程中損壞或遺失包包，就會照清潔費的5倍賠償，但楊小姐打電話理論，卻得到這樣的答案。
投訴者楊小姐：「你能保證能夠恢復原來的樣子嗎？有保證我才交給你(2次清潔)。」投訴店家：「有沒有保證就是你接到手，一定是你滿意的。」
消保官鄭秋宏：「(業者)要是反悔，不願意來賠，那消費者可以透過申訴的管道。」
以其他清潔業者來說，像這樣同材質大小的包包，清潔費大約6到800元，遭投訴店家收取500元算合理，但同業間的清洗規則，大多也是毀損就賠5倍費用。
遭投訴業者願意2次清潔，盡可能恢復原本模樣，但楊小姐不願接受，消保官提醒，如果染色也要負責修復，否則就要依規定賠價，也就是花5倍價買回，只是洗壞的名牌包要被用2500元賣出，楊小姐恐怕也不願意，雙方難達成共識。
