| 莿桐部落赴美麗灣以傳統歌舞表支持

針對高雄高等行政法院裁定美麗灣渡假村停止復工一事，位於杉原的阿美族莿桐部落近百族人，冒著炙熱豔陽前往美麗灣飯店前廣場歌舞，隨後再進入飯店內部大廳，最後並齊聚高喊「美麗灣加油！」
「我們就是來表達支持之意的。」部落頭目楊再福說，雖然不清楚法院判決結果，不過美麗灣可以創造工作機會及促進地方經濟繁榮，「為什麼不讓它營業？」目前仍在北部就讀護專的陳書晴說，站在部落的立場，當然希望美麗灣能營業，同時讓莿桐部落之美更為外人知曉。

【陳如嬌／台北報導】台鐵655次台東開往台北、高雄莒光號，10時58分在保安-中洲間東正線虎山路平交道撞到闖越平交道機車，駕駛已不在現場，機車彈往西正線，使得雙線暫時不通，經照相存證，現場清理後，11時16分西正線恢復正常行駛。

| 競標土虱曾仁和 小熊喊價150萬美元

【王覺一／綜合報導】芝加哥《論壇報》昨天報導，小熊積極爭取台灣投手「土虱」曾仁和加盟，簽約金估計150萬美元(約4515萬台幣)左右。經紀公司表示，曾仁和由大老闆波拉斯(Scott Boras)新自操盤，目前還未與任何球隊簽約。
大聯盟官網記者桑契茲(Jesse Sanchez)率先在推特公布這項訊息，論壇報指出，18歲的曾仁和最快球速約95哩(153公里)，文中並引用小聯盟網站《棒球美國》專欄作家貝德勒(Ben Badler)看法，指出曾仁和今年雖然有點退步，但仍是備受矚目的國際球員。
除了小熊外，傳聞印地安人、雙城與水手也有意簽下曾仁和。只是球探分析，大部分球團國際球員簽約金額度介於2至300萬美元，要以2分之1，甚至3分之2簽下1名投手，一定要審慎評估。言下之意，曾仁和的價碼大約在150萬美元。
