| 滙豐：香港房價面臨超完美風暴 恐回檔10~20%

【王秋燕／綜合外電報導】滙豐（HSBC）亞洲經濟部門共同主管濟學家范力民（Frederic Neumann）指出，中國買家需求縮減，以及高利率、打房政策可能讓香港房地產市場面臨完美風暴，未來恐房價恐回檔10~20%。
范力民指出，亞洲金融中心香港房價近年飆漲，未來恐因上述理由導致房價向下修正10~20%。他說：「近幾個月香港房地產市場買賣量已經明顯縮小，價格修正即將跟進。美元利率動向與香港息息相關，港元緊盯美元的政策，將讓美元利率升高風險直接灌注至香港房地產市場。」
根據香港土地註冊處統計資料，5月香港住宅交易量達4276間，比去年同月減少48%。

| 中華職棒／沈鈺傑手傷復原佳 7日重回一軍

義大犀牛左投沈鈺傑6月11日被強襲球打中右手掌，休息近1個月後，7日犀牛和桃園之戰回到一軍，「手的狀況已經好了7、8成。」沈鈺傑說。
上個月被強襲球擊中後，沈鈺傑的右手掌腫得像麵龜，經過檢查後有些骨裂，「檢查後是說要休息3到5週，時間也差不多了，已經很久沒休那麼久了，會忍不住想碰球。」沈鈺傑表示。
沈鈺傑7日賽前32場後援，總共投了26.1局，繳出1勝、1救援，2次救援失敗、7個中繼點，防禦率3.07。
上半季球隊在爭冠時期，沈鈺傑卻沒能參與，他說：「有點可惜，不過，封王有在休息室參與到。」
重新回到一軍前，沈鈺傑在二軍牛棚投了不少，包括當餵球投手在內，「現在就是看前一天練投，隔天手會不會有麻或酸的症狀，去測試手的復原程度，昨天有練習，今天沒有出現那些症狀，防護員會想再檢查一次，確認癒合情形。」沈鈺傑表示。
休息近一個月後，沈鈺傑評估自己，最快今(7)日就能上場，「二軍當餵球投手投了不少，現在就差比賽感覺了。」
另外，胡金龍傷癒歸隊後，7日以指定打擊先發出賽擔任第5棒。

| 詐騙集團臉書偷個資 跨海設局騙匯款

【陳郁仁／台北報導】我國出國度假打工人數日益增多，但外交部今天表示，近來有詐騙集團從旅外國人的「臉書」竊取個人資訊、在台親友的聯絡資料等，再以電子郵件、電話或簡訊等方式，誆騙國內家人說海外親友遭竊、受傷住院、或遭綁架、逮捕，並要求匯款，提醒國人勿受騙，隨時與在台親友保持聯繫，並注意個人「臉書」等社群網站帳戶上親友聯絡資料的保密措施。
外交部發言人高安表示，詐騙集團會先打電話給旅外的國人，假裝是推銷讓電話佔線，或不斷騷擾讓旅外國人關機，接著再致電欺騙國內親友，因國內家人聯絡不上關機或佔線的旅外家人，無法查證，所以容易受騙。
