| 再見了! 鯨鯊

【記者李卉婷／屏東報導】再見了，鯨鯊。
長七米半，重達10公噸的鯨鯊，今日清晨約四時，由屏東海生館在海洋大學鯨鯊永續研究中心協助下野放，將鯨鯊放置在箱網內拖至1.5海哩。
疑似受人工圈養太久影響，鯨鯊野放不久就游回距岸約100公尺處觸礁，海生館人員發現後，隨即將鯨鯊引導出海。沒想到中午約十一時，海巡署接獲漁民報案，鯨鯊擱淺在竹坑廢棄漁塭的礁岩上，奄奄一息，魚體多處擦傷、微血管破裂，海生館一行人又回到野放處，協同海巡署、海洋大學研究員、動保團體及遊客約20名人力，不斷潑水維持鯨鯊生命力，花了一個多鐘頭才將體型龐大的鯨鯊拉回海中。
野放六小時後，直至晚上十時未接獲任何鯨鯊野放後新狀況。

| 手機刷卡血拼 一嗶免簽名

【柯長錕／台北報導】看準行動付款商機，加上金管會政策鬆綁，未來不用實體信用卡，NFC(Near Field Communication，近距離無線通訊)手機信用卡將愈來愈夯。
中華電信5月份率先和國泰世華銀行、MasterCard搶先開辦，遠傳也於今(8)日宣布和遠東商銀、合作金庫、MasterCard和VISA合作，消費3000元以下免簽名，並推出整合信用卡、悠遊卡和優惠券等專屬APP，但目前均僅開放內部員工試用，預估明年才可望於市場普及。
不過，想辦手機信用卡其實也頗麻煩，需要一支具MasterCard或VISA等發卡機構認證的NFC手機，同時向電信業者申辦SWP-SIM卡，和發卡銀行申請信用卡，核卡後，透過OTA(Over The Air，空中下載)方式，將信用卡資訊傳輸到SWP-SIM卡，並透過各家建構的行動付款APP，即可感應刷卡付款，而信用卡額度和刷卡方式則依各發卡銀行規範。
