| 雙鐵明天正常發車

【李姿慧／台北報導】蘇力襲台，台鐵和高鐵剛剛宣布，明天正常發車，但將視颱風狀況機動調整例行班次，異動情形會再另行宣布。
公路總局也呼籲民眾颱風期間不要到山區旅遊，特別要避免到台2線濱海公路、台7線北橫公路、台7甲線北橫支線、台8線中橫公路、台9線蘇花公路、台14甲線合歡山路段、台18線阿里山公路及台21線新中橫公路等地旅遊。

| 服貿協議 蘇批馬事先沒做好

〔自由時報記者蘇芳禾、陳璟民／台北報導〕為平息服貿協議引發的反彈，馬政府四處舉辦說明會滅火，卻頻向民眾強調，若立院修改協議內容，台灣的國際信譽會受到影響。民進黨主席蘇貞昌昨批說，馬政府官員竟然用恐嚇的語氣，好像簽了，國會就非答應不可，「那是置國會於無地，根本看不起國會與人民」，馬政府的官員事先沒做好，事後不要來恐嚇。
盼立院展現擔當 業者挺身發聲
蘇貞昌抨擊，服貿協議的協商、簽署，事前黑箱作業，事後不顧人民利益，也不經民主程序、不尊重國會，希望國會表現出擔當，不要讓馬政府官員這麼囂張，事關產業生存，也希望產業界勇敢挺身發聲，讓協議在立院逐條逐項審查。
台聯秘書長林志嘉也說，若協議不能修改，那立院根本就是橡皮圖章，協議最後的審查權應訴諸於民意、國會，而不是國共高層說了就算。他說，在野黨這次一定要守住，不能讓服貿闖關。
服貿協議被罵到翻，馬政府啟動滅火機制，但各種消毒說法卻引發更大的質疑聲浪。馬英九日前與業者會面時指出，全世界都在看台灣與大陸怎麼談，萬一這個沒搞成的話，「台灣簽了約又沒弄成，對國際信譽是很大的影響」。
民進黨發言人王閔生則以美國、韓國洽簽ＦＴＡ就等了五年，國會批准之後才實施的案例指出，若立院逐項審查時發現服貿協議確實對國內產業造成影響，當然就要重新談判。
