【曾伯愷／新北報導】涉嫌勒斃、悶死前女友的嫌犯陳樺綱，疑似天道盟「德林寺」分會會長，平常在新北市三重區一帶活動，2010年2月曾涉組暴力討債集團，遭台北市刑大偵3隊破獲逮捕，訊後還依組織犯罪條例、擄人勒贖等罪嫌移送法辦。
事隔多年，陳嫌卻多次恐嚇前女友、家屬，讓死者心生畏懼，只好獨自搬往台北居住工作、並更換手機號碼，關掉臉書，藉以躲避陳嫌糾纏，但命運弄人終究難逃陳嫌魔掌慘遭悶死。

| 大雨伴雷擊嘉義百年老茶樹被閃電擊中

對流雲系發展旺盛，嘉義山區這幾天下午不時有瞬間大雨、雷擊，並伴有強陣風。阿里山區今天下午兩點多起，又開始下起大雨，一個小時的時雨量達到四十毫米以上，另外，台南市南化、白河、玉井、大內等地雨勢也都不小，短短十分鐘，就有十毫米的降雨。
除了大雨，頻頻閃電打雷也對民眾安全造成威脅。位於嘉義阿里山公路沿線一戶民宅外所種的百年老茶樹，昨天就在大雨中意外遭到雷擊，不僅樹上許多枝葉頓時焦黑，連樹幹也出現多道明顯裂痕。
鄧姓屋主說，當時家人剛剛收拾完戶外物品回到屋內躲雨，突然就看到一道閃電伴著和巨大雷聲在屋前落下，所有人都被嚇了一跳，幸好只有老茶樹被打中，萬一當時人還在屋外，後果不勘設想。
氣象局嘉義氣象站指出，暑假期間民眾戶外活動多，遇到雷雨時，千萬不要在空曠區域活動，也不要靠近水邊或躲在大樹下，以免遭到落雷擊中。

| 胞姊賴素貞參選黨代表：賴素如是清白的

【綜合報導】因臺北雙子星索賄案，遭收押禁見的國民黨籍台北市議員賴素如，根據「壹電視」報導，其胞姐賴素貞，近日積極參選國民黨代表，為妹妹爭取清白。
賴素貞受訪表示，「賴素如本來就是清白的」。
民進黨立委黃偉哲說，賴素貞此舉是希望用選票，來對黨主席馬英九的「不聞不問」表達抗議。
