| 女師與高中生結婚 性侵案被撤訴

【綜合報導】美國阿拉巴馬州一名29歲前高中數學女老師拜南(Kimberly Dawn Bynum)，被控訴在2011年性侵當時一名17歲高中生，但因拜南已和這名高中生結婚，這起性侵案在本月2日遭到撤訴。
拜南之前被控在2011年性侵這名高中生，但隨後2人結婚。法院認為，從2人的婚姻關係看來，這名高中生並非「受害人」，兩方家族也未遭受傷害，因此認定這起性侵案不成立。

家裡的小狗從小就是讓伊凡動物醫院的醫生看 結果今年五月例行去看的時候 有位先生說醫生去進修了 所以現在沒有醫生 由於這是間離家近的動物醫院 我家小狗因為貪吃常常有一點急性症狀(吐或咳)，所以我都帶去這裡看 現在伊凡沒有醫生了……除了在南山路上的興南動物醫院外 請問還有臨近的好推薦嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.240.83

| 6歲男童遭沙丘活埋3小時 奇蹟生還

【綜合報導】美國一名6歲男童周五到密西根湖畔旅行時，遭巨型沙丘吞噬，3小時後才獲救，所幸一個充氣袋保住他的性命。
事發時男童在沙丘上玩耍，家人發現時他已半身被掩埋。家人拚命挖掘沙丘想救他出來，過程中沙丘反而坍塌，男童整個人被淹沒在3.3公尺的沙堆中。15分鐘後警消獲報到場，挖掘時靠著男童攜帶的一個充氣袋，偵測到他的位置。經過逾3小時不停挖掘後，終於獲救，期間男童就靠充氣袋維持生命。
男童送醫後，情況危急，但院方表示他對簡單指令已有反應。當局已關閉事發地點，調查沙丘坍陷原因。
