中国光伏装机容量三年将增三倍

中国正式制定计划，到2015年太阳能总装机容量将达到3500万千瓦以上，比现有装机容量增加三倍多，这一消息鼓舞了可再生能源行业。

中国国务院宣布，2013年至2015年，计划年均新增光伏发电装机容量1000万千瓦左右。这将有助于缩小中国在全球过剩供应中所占的较大份额，供应过剩已经对业内许多大公司造成冲击，并在近两年来导致太阳能电池板价格大幅下跌。

彭博新能源财经(Bloomberg New Energy Finance)的詹妮•蔡斯(Jenny Chase)说：“此前有关中国政府将大幅提高2015年目标的预期由此得到了证实。”

“每年平均增加1000万千瓦的目标似乎完全可以实现。不过，我们预计2013年增量可能会略低，大约在60到90万千瓦，这要看针对屋顶太阳能发电系统的补贴什么时候确定。”

中国太阳能发电装机容量世界排名第三，2012年底达到830万千瓦，占全球的8%。德国以3240万千瓦的装机容量位居第一，接近全球总量的三分之一。意大利为1630万千瓦，位居第二。美国是770万千瓦。

如果中国能够实现目标，对赛维LDK(LDK Solar)等在挣扎中的中国太阳能电池板制造商，对整个受到贸易争端困扰的整个行业的其他制造商都会很有帮助。截至纽约中午时分，赛维LKD股价上涨19%。

美国和欧盟均对中国太阳能电池板征收反倾销税，这让中国可能对此采取报复措施。
