| 集體假捐款真逃稅2億 79機師吐錢緩起訴

【賴又嘉／台北報導】中華民航飛行員協會前後任理事長謝毅民、段蓬麟、前任秘書長甘國秀，涉嫌從2004年到2009年間假借資助美國911恐怖攻擊，招攬協會會員假捐款、真逃稅，幫助86名機師逃稅約2億多元。
北檢審酌其中79名機師認罪且已補繳稅金、支付緩起訴處分金共上千萬元，今將79名機師緩起訴，而幫助逃稅的謝、段、甘及2名否認犯行的機師，則被依偽造文書及違反《稅捐稽徵法》等罪名起訴，另有2名共犯遭通緝。
檢方查出，謝毅民等人以捐款給國際飛航協會的名義鼓勵會員捐款，但扣除20%給飛行員協會、美國或香港飛航協會及匯差、管銷費後，卻將所剩費用匯回捐贈者海外帳戶，並開立不實捐款收據，幫助這些機師逃稅。

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】美國賓州的8歲癌末女孩狄蕾妮布朗（Delaney Brown），曾許下有人為她合唱聖誕歌曲的心願。透過臉書轉發，上周六竟有超過萬人出現在她家門口為她獻唱。曾在臉書上開心致謝的小狄蕾妮，在聖誕節當天凌晨寧靜離開人世，她的爸爸媽媽都陪伴在側。
罹患急性骨髓性白血病的狄蕾妮，在5波放射療程後，病情確定沒有起色。醫生上周就已告訴她的父母，狄蕾妮時日無多。她在聖誕節的凌晨離開人世，她的臉書上最後一則文字訊息寫著：「如今我的心碎了。我們的小天使裝上了她閃閃發光的翅膀，上了天堂。凌晨3時10分，她在家裡嚥下最後一口氣，身旁都是她的家人與朋友。我已經開始想念她了。」
