【綜合報導】洪仲丘枉死將滿月，公民1985行動聯盟預計將在8月3日再度踏上凱道，要政府「給真相」，但昨晚有網友在台大批踢踢（telnet://ptt.cc）爆料，有博愛特區房東接到警察來電，要求房東提供房客資料並要配合警方入屋查看，原因是最近「附近比較熱鬧，不希望有複雜的人士出入。」房東質疑員警進行此調查的正當性跟合法性時，員警竟還表示：「這是上頭最近交代要查的。」文章po出後引發討論。

網友在ptt上爆料，指自己朋友前天晚間九點多接到員警來電，要他提供承租房客的資料，還要配合警方讓他們進屋內看一看，而理由是「最近附近比較熱鬧，不希望有複雜的人士出入。」朋友當下強烈質疑員警這種行為的正當性及合法性，員警竟還回應：「這是上頭最近交代要查的，當然如果民眾拒絕，就可以懷疑裡頭會有問題。」朋友事後向派出所查證也獲得證實，氣憤的寫到：「警察國家真要來臨了！」

文章昨晚po在ptt上，引發廣大網友討論，有網友直呼「白色恐怖再臨」，這根本是回到「戒嚴時期，黨政軍一體」，但也有網友質疑文章真實性，因網友提供的資訊太少了。
