陸「虛假大學」橫行　鎖定落榜生

大陸學子考完聯考，準備進入大學當新鮮人，不過小心陷阱可能就在身邊，一些沒有經過核准的虛假大學，趁著學生選填志願時，出來招生，範圍遍佈大陸13省，尤其以北京佔了7成，72所最嚴重。大陸新聞記者：「這些(虛假大學)校名均被冠以，中國北京首都等字樣，並慣於模仿知名高校，比如這所中國民航學院，就冒用了中國民航大學舊名。」

以假亂真的虛假大學，共有160多所，主要目的就是要吸引，大學落榜生，大陸記者實際走訪，學校網站上的地址，發現查無此校，因為這裡根本是餐館，或者是一片菜園。

記者：「知道附近有什麼學校嗎？」居民：「沒有，好像是沒有。」記者：「什麼學校都沒有？」居民：「我沒太注意這邊有什麼學校。」

假大學橫行大陸各省，不只大陸學生得注意，台灣教育部統計，每年赴大陸唸書的台灣學生，有6千到7千人，要如何選擇學校，遠赴異鄉求學的學子，可得謹慎小心，千萬別受騙上當。

345億→2億美元 昔日巴西首富 財富暴跌變小咖

二○一二年名列《富比世》雜誌全球億萬富豪排行榜第八位的巴西首富巴提斯塔（Eike Batista），因財富縮水，又欠下鉅額債務，身價從去年三月間的三百四十五億美元劇跌到「只剩」二億美元，成了無足輕重的小角色。

彭博社報導，巴提斯塔的問題主要來自其創建的ＯＧＸ石油及天然氣公司。過去一年該公司股價下跌了八六％，投資人已向法院申請禁令，以防巴提斯塔出售任何公司資產。他的ＥＢＸ控股公司則被迫向阿布達比的穆巴達拉投資公司借貸。

根據「彭博億萬富豪指數」，去年三月間巴提斯塔財富達到頂峰時，其身價為三百四十五億美元。如今他的股票縮水，加上欠穆巴達拉公司十五億美元貸款，另有約廿億美元的個人負債，彭博估計他目前的財富總共只剩下約二億美元。

作為ＥＢＸ的債權人，穆巴達拉公司在處置ＥＢＸ和ＯＧＸ資產時擁有優先權，唯該公司對於如何處置和整頓這兩家公司不願多談。

巴提斯塔本月初曾在巴西《國際日報》發表公開信，表示自己會陷入當前的困境，是因為當初所選擇籌措資金的方式錯誤，若能重新來過，他不會急著訴諸股市，而是維持私募投資的模式至少十年，等到他認為時機成熟，才讓公司上市。

巴提斯塔創辦的幾家公司，最終都沒有達成他原先承諾的賺錢局面。在他的公開信結尾，巴提斯塔表示自己仍不斷有新的構想，強調創業精神一直存在於他的血液和基因裡。他說：「這是我取之不盡、用之不竭的能力和生活泉源。」
