→ lavatar:H.264 BD的規格,有支援GPU加速,其他你要多check,650如果 12/26 20:49

| 加班費大增 日本勞工薪資5個月來首增

 根據日本厚生勞動省27日發表的每月受薪統計調查(速報值、員工5人以上企業)顯示，因加班費大增，帶動2013年11月份日本勞工平均薪資(基本薪資+加班費+獎金)較去年同月成長0.5%至27萬6,601日圓，為5個月來首度呈現增長。
其中，11月份日本勞工基本薪資(經常性薪資)為24萬2,755日圓，持平於去年同月水準，結束連17個月下滑局面；加班費等額外加給較去年同月大增4.7%至1萬9,814日圓，連續第8個月呈現增長；獎金等特別加給成長2.4%至1萬4,032日圓。
在工作時數方面，2013年11月份日本勞工每人平均總工作時數為150.2小時，較去年同月下滑0.8%，連續第4個月呈現減少。當月日本勞工基本工作時數為139.1小時，較去年同月下滑1.3%，連續第4個月呈現減少；加班時數較去年同月成長5.7%至11.1小時，連續第6個月呈現增長。
其中，11月份作為景氣動向指標的製造業加班時數較去年同月大增11.8%至16.2小時，連續第5個月呈現增長；經季節性因素調整後為月增1.0%。
