標題[請益] 薪資結構問題

請問一下 之前面試一間公司談薪水是43k 但是後來薪資結構發出來發現該公司 本薪部分只有30k 而剩餘的13k是屬於獎金 依照績效會有-10% ~ +20%的變動 但是公司表示只有30k本薪部分會計入勞保與健保計算 獎金不屬於固定薪資 所以不會列入勞保 這樣一勞投保金額就會固定只有30k 影響到加班費等 請問若不考慮加班費~ 勞保後續影響會很大嗎? 這樣換算回來相當於正常本薪約多少錢 我自己是估計約38K~~40K左右 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.6.152

郝明義宣布辭去國策顧問

大塊文化出版董事長、國策顧問郝明義今天下午出席立法院服務貿易協議公聽會，他發言時宣布，今天兩點三十三分已經發函給總統府，辭去總統府國策顧問一職。

郝明義說說，他已發給馬總統一份辭去國策顧問的公開信，信中指出，總統不能罔顧國家安全、破壞民主秩序、錯亂政府體制，並批評馬英九總統現在不傾聽異議，反而狹總統之尊在媒體上批評個別異議學者，這樣讓人聯想到兩種可能，「不是獨裁，就是愚不可及」。

如標題 威力炸雞是原PO很喜歡的炸雞店 店裡的脆薯和炸雞都很好吃 個人認為更勝肯德基與麥當當 印象中搬過好幾次家 從大連路 搬到 昌平路 到後來落腳在北平路上 (北平路和綏遠路口附近) 偶爾突然想吃的時候都會衝去買 但大約一年多前有一次要去就已經沒看到店家了...後來經過了幾次也沒看到 不知道有沒有版友知道本在北平路上的威力炸雞搬到哪裡了呢? (PS:搬過幾次家但老闆都沒有變唷) 希望能找到這懷念的好滋味 謝謝!!! :) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.240.213.18
