【游芳男／宜蘭報導】中士陳毅勳昨晚交保，連夜從桃園歸建陸軍蘭陽指揮部，交保後若陳休假，休假期間每日上午10時，需向宜蘭馬賽派出所報到，而陳的舅公今一早曾認為陳今天應可放假與家人相聚，但今上午10時，陳並未準時向馬賽派出所報到，上午近11時，也未見陳與陳家人現身派出所。

【陳郁仁／台北報導】立院臨時會今將處理核四公投案， 為阻擋國民黨立委運用人數優勢，強勢表決通過核四公投案，綠委昨天傍晚搶進立院議場，霸佔主席台，藍營今試圖多次搶回主席台都失敗，雙邊目前僵持不下。今早朝野協商沒結論，綠營書記長吳秉叡說，剛協商時，由於民進黨立委用大鎖鎖住主席台的門，立法院長王金要求拆掉鎖，王有保證不讓國民黨從後面攻入，民進黨方面認為，如果僵局狀況持續，就堅守議場，到下周二，但也懷疑院長的保證可持續多久。

藍營大黨鞭林鴻池說，「今天會伺機發動攻擊，搶回主席台主導權，讓王金平主持議事，儘速表决」，但若搶不回來，那將是一場消耗戰，國民黨將以游擊方式，讓民進黨不好過。
