針對公民1985行動聯盟的訴求，總統府發言人李佳霏今天晚間轉述，凱道上的聲音反映社會對於軍中人權保障的強烈要求，總統都聽到了，也肯定大家的訴求。

李佳霏轉述，馬英九總統表示，國軍存在是為了保國衛民，國軍的人權跟尊嚴絕對不容侵犯；推動軍中人權保障的提升勢在必行，總統除全力支持行政院長江宜樺今晚記者會的四點宣示之外，身為三軍統帥，總統會持續關心、強力督導國防部7月26日針對軍中管教、申訴制度、人權保障所提出的13項改革措施，務必杜絕類似事件重演。

公民1985行動聯盟今晚在凱達格蘭大道舉行「萬人白T凱道送仲丘」活動，捷運中正紀念堂站、台大醫院站今天下午就湧現不少身穿白衣的人潮，截至晚間九點，兩站湧進八萬七千人次，較上周同期增加五萬多人。周邊路段也從傍晚開始塞車，不少行經中山南路、林森南路的公車更是臨時改道，參與活動的人潮比跨年還多。

副總統吳敦義3日出席行政院地方政務研究班第8期結訓典禮時，細數中藥零售業未開放大陸來台等等，因「兩岸服務貿易協議」引發各界關注憂心的「誤會」，他說，希望地方政府能多加宣傳，讓國人能清楚了解正確資訊。

地方政務研究班是行政院針對地方機關開設最高層級的訓練班，第八期27名學員均是來自各縣市的高階主管，3日的結訓典禮，副總統吳敦義代表總統馬英久出席，並在行政院副院長毛治國及人事行政總處人事長黃富源陪同下，主持並頒發結業證書。
