| 基隆海洋嘉年華 熱鬧登場

（中央社記者王朝鈺基隆3日電）「基隆海洋嘉年華」今天下午在基隆市區登場，震耳欲聾的鼓聲加上各式造型花車及熱情森巴舞女郎，讓基隆街頭充滿熱鬧氛圍。
為迎接一年一度的「雞籠中元祭」慶典活動，由大壯觀願景發展協會主辦，結合汐止夢想社區文教發展基金會等社區，在今天下午4時舉辦「2013基隆海洋老鷹嘉年華」踩街遊行。
遊行一開始，震耳欲聾的鼓聲搭配熱情的森巴舞女郎，再加上鱷魚、蠍子及龍蝦等各式造型花車，讓基隆街頭充滿熱鬧的氛圍，一旁的民眾更爭先恐後拍照。
在各式花車中，由大壯觀願景發展協會製作的「鷹雄護台灣」大型動力花車，老鷹左手拿槍、右手拿手榴彈、軍艦上還有一尊大炮，成為嘉年華會最受矚目的主題花車。
夢想社區文教發展基金會表示，基隆海港有很多老鷹，老鷹就像是基隆的象徵，希望結合森巴舞的熱情與基隆的海港特色，展現基隆的藝術創意。
基隆市長張通榮也與議長黃景泰一同登上花車，沿途發贈串珠項鍊，吸引過往民眾爭相索取，為今年的(奚鳥)籠中元祭系列活動，熱鬧揭開序幕。
今天的遊行路線從基隆市文化中心前廣場集合出發，行經仁一路、金雞橋、義二路、信三路等市區路段，最後回到海洋廣場，全程約1.2公里。1020803
