| 洪慈庸：陳鎮湘應向社會道歉

針對「軍事審判法」修法，陸軍下士洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸（右）上午拜會立法院朝野各黨團尋求支持。她拜會國民黨立院黨團時哽咽表示，父親節前發生這件事，一直忍住傷悲的父親也潰堤，希望儘速修法讓其他家庭不要受害。

洪仲丘姐姐洪慈庸今天北上拜會朝野黨團，針對國民黨立委陳鎮湘有關軍事審查判法的發言引起爭議，媒體問是否該向洪家人道歉？洪慈庸說，不是跟他們，陳鎮湘應該跟這個社會道歉。
洪慈庸上午在民進黨籍立法院國防外交委員會召委蕭美琴陪同下，拜會朝野黨團，尋求立法院臨時會處理軍事審判法。對於修法內容，洪則說，她會再和律師及立委討論。她表示，她此次北上是擔心這次臨時會若不處理軍審法，以後就沒有機會，更害怕會有更多阿兵哥受害。
媒體問洪，是否可以接受死亡證明書上的載明死亡地點是自宅，洪慈庸無奈地說，弟弟留著一口氣回家，且證明書上已經沒有其他選項了；她也感嘆，不明白為什麼要經過這麼久，才能得到比較令人安慰的答案？
