| 台菲經貿制裁解除 ECA研究年底可完成

台灣對菲律賓經貿制裁即日起解除，經濟部長張家祝表示，希望雙邊可以盡快恢復經貿關係。台菲經濟合作協議(ECA)目前正進行雙邊個別研究，在配合政府政策下，可望按照原進度繼續進行雙邊研究工作，預計今年底可以完成。
台菲經貿制裁即日起取消，台菲經濟合作協議(ECA)目前正進行雙邊個別研究，可望繼續按照原訂進度執行，預計年底前完成研究。中經院副研究員徐遵慈9日表示，即使沒有共同研究，但雙方在研究過程中會適時交換意見和成果。徐遵慈：『(原音)已經研究架構、研究內容開始執行，而且已經開始交換，雙方研究團隊交換意見跟研究成果。沒有共同研究，這個報告從頭到尾定位個別報告，但是研究過程裡面，雙方研究團隊會交換資訊跟研究發現，讓雙方意見、研究方法等，是可以彼此對應，不是各說各話。』
在台菲經貿制裁解除後，雙邊可望重啟經貿部長會議，屆時雙方能否就未來洽簽ECA而有所宣示，也令人期待。徐遵慈：『(原音)正式會談，由雙方部長來正式宣示，雙方有意願，在現在情況下，進行ECA相關準備，甚至準備開啟談判，根據ECA成果 年底研究應該完成，如果是這樣，根據ECA結果，準備進入到下個階段，如果有這樣宣示，當然是不錯。』
經濟部長張家祝表示，菲律賓是台灣第七大出口國，對台有大的貿易順差，在經貿方面，台菲也朝正面積極方向合作，在經濟制裁行動解除後，希望雙邊很快可以恢復經貿關係。
