| 狗咬人遭安樂死 狗主人仍挨告

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名賣包子的許姓婦人（50歲）好心收養流浪狗，7月21日晚間，流浪狗在新興區住家大樓樓梯間，衝撞咬傷謝姓女鄰居（46歲）的臀部，謝女當場痛到失聲尖叫。
住在大樓5樓的范姓（50歲）女鄰居事後幫忙將謝女送醫，謝女為了給對方教訓，堅持提告。許女到案表示，隔天就將流浪狗安樂死，願賠償醫藥費用及損失，但因謝女不願撤告，警方今天依過失傷害罪嫌送辦法辦。

【綜合報導】孩童沉迷滑手機玩平板，家長可要注意了，荷蘭醫生表示越來越多8歲到18歲的青少年因脊髓問題前來就診，發現原來是因為這些年輕人長時間低頭玩手機或平板，導致椎間盤突出等問題。
醫生表示這樣的狀況在1百多年前也曾發生，當時是由於童工問題氾濫，但現在卻是因為爽當低頭族，醫生表示脊髓彎曲會阻礙孩童發育，家長若不及時矯正，問題恐更加嚴重。
家長可先簡單測試，如果小朋友彎腰無法過半，手碰不到腳趾，就表示脊髓可能彎曲。
